Mar 28, 2009 - From what I understand this part of the movie, when you see Charson Heston crying, in part it was real since he knew that Edward G Robinson was dying from cancer.

Nov 25, 2009 - Yeah. You're right. Something definitely happened. Heston wasn't like those great liberal environmentalists who feed on human fear by conspiring to falsify, manipulate, conceal and delete data on nonexistent 'climate change' while silencing opposition for the benefit of fat cat millionaires and billionaires like Gore and Soros. No. Heston fought for individual rights against a State which constantly schemes to eliminate the Bill of Rights, one Amendment at a time. How old-fashioned!

May 28, 2010 - We've known for decades what we are doing to our home, our earth, yet we are still blinded by some insatiable satanic greed to stop, save ourselves and this perfect creation.May God have mercy upon us.

Feb 22, 2011 - I appreciate the post, but this movie makes me laugh. World population is set to peak in 2040 at around 8 billion - by 2100, it will be 7 billion or a little less. Our problem in the future will not be the Malthusian fantasy of this film (and Paul Erlich, the discredited 'scientician' whose work was its basis), but underpopulation. Why can't we afford Social Security, or Medicare...not enough young people. World population will begin falling in a few decades, all based on a massive falsity

Dec 3, 2008 - The irony is too much. Charlton Heston in a movie about a greedy corporation that exploits world hunger and helps destroy the world's environment. Wasn't he the spokesperson for GOP and the NRA during the 80's and 90's? Whoa, too strange. He was cool in the 60's, I liked him then, but something happened.
